Tatroid Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Tatroid, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Beta disclaimer

Tatroid is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we make no guarantee of uptime, data permanence, or specific outcomes (such as being hired or successfully filling a role) during this period.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a candidate or recruiter account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to post false or misleading job listings or profile information, scrape or misuse other users' data, attempt to bypass platform security, or use Tatroid for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Tatroid's brand, design, and underlying technology belong to Tatroid. Content you post (such as your profile or a job listing) remains yours, but you grant Tatroid a license to display and use it as needed to operate the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

Tatroid is provided "as is" during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatroid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform during this period.
